去google上搜了一下,發(fā)現(xiàn)這個有點“庸人自擾、沒事找事做、簡單事情復雜化”的意思,而非“積少成多、精衛(wèi)填海”.

The bottom line is,no one should make a mountain out of an ant hill.This isn’t something thats really an issue,unless someone is breaking the rules/guidelines somewhere and neither side wants that to happen and both actively strive to prevent it.
