我最喜歡的水果是檸檬.檸檬不是很圓,帶一點(diǎn)尖,是黃色的.檸檬的拉丁種名為Citrus limon.檸檬汁可以強(qiáng)化記憶力,改善骨質(zhì)疏松,達(dá)到美容效果等等.檸檬汁還是調(diào)制雞尾酒和制造飲料的重要原料,西方人吃魚時(shí)常滴入檸檬汁以去除腥味.主要為榨汁用,果實(shí)有時(shí)也用做烹飪,但基本不用作鮮食,因?yàn)樘?果實(shí)中含5%的檸檬酸.每升檸檬汁中含 501.6 毫克的維生素 C 和 49.88 克的檸檬酸.這就是我最喜歡的水果.
