譯文‘Since the year 2007, the global financial crisis has begun to influence international finance and manufacturing industry. With the integration of global economy, international financial markets are more and more closely connected with each other. The financial crisis in America and the fluctuation of the world economy unavoidably brings a series of negative influence on China’s medium and small-sized enterprises. It is an essential issue for the enterprises to resist dangers and overcome difficulties. Starting with analyzing the influence on medium and small-sized enterprises in Jiangsu Province, the paper analyzes export corporations’ business risk caused by financial crisis. It thus brings up ways in which the enterprises may circumvent, resist and defend the risks.’
