The Term misconduct shall be deemed to mean and include the following minor acts or misconduct or major acts of misconduct.
The Company shall maintain a record of misconduct in respect of employees who have been warned or taken necessary disciplinary action.
At the sole discretion of the Company,more than one minor misconduct may constitute a major one.
The above list is not exhaustive and is subject to revision by the management from time to time.every employee shall at all times refrain from committing any of these acts.
