Among so many kinds of snacks, Yuanxiao is the special food for the Lantern Festival. Yuanxiao is a kind of sweet dumplings. It is made of glutinous rice and delicious stuffing. The traditional Yuanxiao contians sesame, and now more and more Yuanxiao is made of fruits or even meat.The Lantern festival is one of the most important traditional festivals to every Chinese person.
