Subject:Meal allowance to canteen caterer during factory employee paid leave
Purpose:
The purpose of this memo is to ensure same good quality of canteen service as well as to have long term coorperation with canteen caterer during difficult time .Also to maintion employees satlsafaction with canteen.
Background:
1.MCID factory employees will have paid leave start from end of Jan 2010 and at least last for one month.
2.Normally each canteen caterer serves for about 580 employees which are half of the total HC including guards and rental drivers.
3.During the paid leave pearid .even we only will have one canteen provids service ; it will only serve for 200 employees.During Spring Festival ,it only serves for 92 guards .
4.The canteen caterer who stays here during the paid leave period leave period needs at least 19 employees.Normally they need 29 employees.
5.Calculate as proportion ,it only needs 10 people canteen staff during the paid leave holiday .There are 9 employees different .
6.Each cateneen staffs average salary is RMB1 ,200/month..
Suggeation :
Based on above information ,total there will be RMB1 ,2009 =RMB10,800/month finacial extral burden for the canteen .ADM would like to apply for half of it which is RMB5,400/month as compensation to show we are as well thanks for they are together to with us to overcome the difficultles and looking forword long term cooperation .Based on ADM’ daily inspection and the satisfactory survery in Dec 2009,we would like to recommend the new cantee caterer Fsky to stay and provide the service during the hoiliday..
