中學(xué)考試中涉及到的關(guān)于代詞區(qū)別用法有如下這些：
it、one
it是準(zhǔn)確指代前文提到的某事物本身（單數(shù)）；復(fù)數(shù)則需要用they（them);在回答what is this?what's that時我們用it代替特殊疑問句中的this和that；在回答what are these?和what are those?時,用they來代替特殊疑問句中的these和those；
one主要用來指代前文提到的某類事物中的一個,也叫泛指用法,其復(fù)數(shù)用ones,使用one時,其常常帶有定語修飾語（前置或者后置 ）
that = the one those= the ones
that與其他幾個代詞用法還有不同,那就時它可以指代前文提到的不可數(shù)名詞.
下面是些例子供參考：
I　hear that you have bought a new cellphone.May I have a look at it（指前文說的那部手機(jī)）?
I　lost　my pen yesterday when i was playing.I have to buy a new one(指鋼筆這類事物中的一支）
This book is a little more difficult than that one/the one on the desk(這里的one指代book)
The weather in Guangzhou is hotter than that in Beijing（that指代前文不可數(shù)名詞weather）
