Soon I was promoted to the restaurant supervisor.In addition to worked in the restaurant.I began to responsible for the restaurant catering.I was often went to some embassies,universities,enterprises and some star's home to made the party and conference services.In April 2013,In the RENAISSANCE BEIJING CAPITAL HOTEL there is an Italy Restaurant,call the "Fratellifresh".They hired me to be this Restaurant Supervisor.But I believed at the time I did't have enough ability for the job.I needed to learn a lot .I needed more experience.So I refused them.I like this kind of job.It makes me come into contact with many different people and different things.There are always different problems to be solved.So you are always learning and the accumulation experience.It is also brought me a lot of interest .When the guests left the restaurant .I saw the guest's satisfied smile.I would feel very happy.Then I would put more energy into your work.I like to work in the restaurant and hotel.I hope in my service to each of the guests are satisfied smile
