We have been engaged in indent business successfully as exclusive representative for our principals on a commission basis for many years. We solicit orders from our clients in behalf of your firm and ask the buyer to establish an irrevocable Letter of Credit in your favor. Once the shipment effected and L/C collected by you, our 5% reserved commissions on the value of merchandise must be remitted to us.
