1.the same ...as 是固定結構,意思是“與...同樣的”,as 是連詞,連接比較對象的情況；不過口語中常常把 as 以看作介詞,引入比較對象,以下兩種講法都是正確的：

2.the same to sb.也是一種固定結構,意思是“對某人是一樣的”,如：

* Wish you success.”“(The)same to you” 我也這樣祝愿你.
