my healthy life
hi , everyone.i am a grade 7student. i think i have healthy life. here is it.
first of all, i like sports very much, such as swimming,playing basketball and football. Also, i try to run after getting up every day. i think sports are very good for our health, and they make me enegertic and strong.
then , i have healthy diet. i like fruit and vegetables. every morning,i drink a glass of milk,some pieces of bread and eggs. i think breakfast is very important for us in a day. Also, i drink at least two glasses of water every day.
at last, i think we should be always in a good mood. its very important to be happy every day.
like me , when i have worries, i often talk to my parents and teachers. when i am happy, i like to talk to my friends. i hope everyone can share your worries, happiness and sadness with someone who you can believe.
