1.soak the old newspaper for about 10 hours in a big bowl with enough water.Add a little washing-up liquid.This will help your finished paper look much better.then pour out the extra water.use a wooden spoon to mash the paper and water into a pulp.
3.put a cloth on a pecec of board and turn the mesh,pulp-side dowm onto the cloth.press it down hard,then take the mesh away,leaving the pulp on the cloth,put another cloth on top and press soem strongly.
