I want to improve the traffic situation,because it is too crowded and sometimes spending so much time on it can be annoying.有語法錯(cuò)誤。不過還是謝謝( ⊙ o ⊙ )??！哪呢？sometimes spending so much time on it can be annoying.。。 spending不應(yīng)該用ing形式的，而且后面的句子不通呵呵！spendin g在這里是動(dòng)名詞做主語哦,后面的it指代traffic。and 連接的是兩個(gè)句子。我知道，可是spending后面并沒有謂語動(dòng)詞啊不成句子。。我英語不好，可能理解錯(cuò)了，請見諒。呵呵，這里的謂語是can be,就是“有時(shí)花很多時(shí)間再交通上很鬧心”\(^o^)/~
