Re: Shortage Claim
Dear Sir,
S/C No.FA1770854 indicates that a shipment by vessel “YongFeng” with 1500 cartons of canned mushroom arrived on 10th September, but on pick up there was a shortage of 145 cartons. The shipping company claimed that the quantity loaded was 1355 cartons. As the shortage is considerable, we would appreciate if you can cover the shortage by sending the 145 cartons together with the delivery of the last three items. Please check whether all the 1500 cartons were loaded at the port.
Kindly reply as soon as possible. Thank you.
