There are many things that can affect our feelings,such as the environment,people surrounding us,and the way we think.
The environment can affect our feelings in an unspoken way.If you live in a pleasant environment,you are most likely to be an optimist.On the other hand,if your surrounding if full of violent and diffidence,you are probably going to be a pessimist.
The people around us may also affect us dramatically.The way the talk,the way they act and react when there’s confidence,and the way they live can influence our feelings.People like to copy other people in someway.Maybe you like their writing,so you would try and see if you could imitate it.Also,this part contains the personality of them.Again,the difference between pessimist and optimist are huge.If you are under a condition with optimists,you are going to be a pleasant person; instead,if you are with pessimists,you are not going to feel well about yourself.
The last one is the way we think about ourselves.Anyways,different people take situations differently,this shows people their feelings.You could say ‘why do I have black hair while everyone else have blond hair?!’ you could also say ‘oh!I have black hair,this makes me special!’ Can you see the difference you are making when you are in different moods?
At the end,this is how things can affect us and our feelings.After all,there’s a saying——optimist sees an opportunity in every calamity; a pessimist sees a calamity in every opportunity.
