Following the ever increasing living standard nowadyas. More and more people can afford eating out more often now. Partly it is also because of people busy life style. Most find it hard to cook their meal after a hard day of work. So they find eating out very convenient. Futhermore, restaurant foods are far more tasty than our own cooking (well, at least in my case), but are they good for for us or better for us?
Well, This seems a very simple question, and I beleive most would answer NO! Why? I tell you why, Firstly, restaurant food are more expensive than we would cook for ourselves. They are far more oily and with too much conditments and seasonings. And the most concern issues are the questions of hygiene, qualities and safety of their ingredients. Boil it down to just one word——trustworthy.
