We often face difficult times.It’s a part of life.And in these difficult times,just stopping is not enough,and we need to ask for help.
When I have a problem,I never go to a single person for help.In fact,I am lucky enough to have a strong support group.
First,I have a very strong relationship with my parents.They know that I value their wisdom.So when I’m faced with difficulty,my parents are usually the first ones I go to.As teenagers,many of us don’t think our parents can understand us.
