現(xiàn)在,我想就事前與“朱 思安”先生電話聯(lián)系的事宜做進(jìn)一步解釋.
* We are sending LC372,375,LC382,390,containers back to you as you were accepted.Total 13 containers.
征求貴方同意后,我方已經(jīng)將LC372,375,LC382,390 寄回給貴方,總共13箱.
* We are going to clear LC376 381 from the custom,that makes total 6 containers.
我們將對(duì)LC376 381 進(jìn)行清關(guān),總共6箱.
* The Shangai-Istanbul freight cost of the goods that will be returned is paid by ourselves.However,ýstanbul-Shangai freight cost and stogare fees exist...
我方已經(jīng)支付了此次將被退回貨品的由上海至伊斯坦布爾的運(yùn)費(fèi).但是,由伊斯坦布爾至上海的運(yùn)費(fèi)和倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)費(fèi)依然存在,我方不予承擔(dān).
* According to our research,this cost will be aprox.22.400 USD
據(jù)我方了解,此費(fèi)用約為22.400美元.
Under these circumstances:
下述情況
* The cost for the goods that will be cleared from the custom is 226.864 USD
清關(guān)后此批貨品價(jià)值226.864 美元
* You have our % 10 deposit which is equal to 78.905 USD + 10.000 $ (still waiting in your hand since many years) = 88.905.USD.
貴方擁有我方10％的定金,價(jià)值78.905美元＋10.000美元（多年錢就已經(jīng)付給貴方）,共計(jì)88.905美元.
* The cost that will be paid for the returned goods will be deducted (.22.400.$),so that the rest is 88.905 - 22.400 = 66.505 USD.And we will pay to costom 226.864 66.505 = 160.359 USD
退貨的費(fèi)用（即22.400美元）需要被扣除,所以剩下的是88.905－22.400=66.505美元.同時(shí),我們將付給海關(guān)226.864－66.505＝160.359美元
* Please deduct that amount from the cost of the goods that will be cleared.
敬請(qǐng)?jiān)谙嚓P(guān)需清算的貨品費(fèi)用中扣除上述費(fèi)用.
* So that,the rest,we can put in the bank in order to clear the goods that are waiting in the custom.
照此,我們可以將剩下的款項(xiàng)存入銀行,以便支付將要清關(guān)的貨物.
In order to apply that procedure,you should inform your bank.In the other hand,after deducting the cost of returned goods,the rest of our deposit money will be deducted form your balance.
為了執(zhí)行此流程,貴方需要通知您的銀行.另一方面,在扣除退回貨物的費(fèi)用之后,我方剩余定金也將從貴方的帳目中相應(yīng)扣除.
As I have mentioned you in several times,we are in a very bad situation as everyone else because of that economical crisis.We do not ask you to get any money back...All we want is to solve the problem before it is too late...
誠(chéng)如我所一再提到的,由于金融危機(jī)的發(fā)生,我們和別人一樣正處在一個(gè)非常嚴(yán)峻的經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境之中.在此情況下,我們都沒有要求貴方退款.我們唯一要求的僅僅是問題在變得不可收拾之前,得到妥善解決.
