With the development of civil avition,there will be more airplanes and also more passengers who perfers travel by planes.So,there will be much more planes in air than nowadays,in order to catch up with the grow numbers of aircraft in air,ATC should also make a change:to become more scientific,more flexible,and more useful.
First of all,the equipment which used in every work,should be updatet to be more precise and easy to opreat.
secondly,the person working as an air traffic contorler should be activity and ready to learn mroe new things.And adpot konwledges which learned from shcool into everyday work.
Thridly,the fulture of ACT ,maybe can be operat by all means of computer,which will conmunicat with the computer on airplanes .In this way,humans will just sit there and monitor the computers as well.
