一些人過(guò)分關(guān)注科研的“果實(shí)”,忽略了生長(zhǎng)的過(guò)程；過(guò)分關(guān)注個(gè)人的小得失,忽略了社會(huì)的大利益.
Some people pay too much attention on the result of their research,thus ignore the process of growth.Some people pay too much attention on personal gain and loss,thus ignore the great benefit for the whole society.
因而,他們常常是在利欲的驅(qū)使下從事科研活動(dòng),急功近利,作風(fēng)浮躁,甚至欺騙造假.
Therefore,they are driven by benefit and desire to carry out research.They are eager to achieve quick success.These people are so impatient that some even falsify to cheat.
此種短期行為,注定只會(huì)催生“學(xué)術(shù)泡沫”,而無(wú)益于人類(lèi)的長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)進(jìn)步.
Such kind of short-term behavior is destined to lead to academic bubble,without any long-term progress for human.
事實(shí)上,獲得諾貝爾獎(jiǎng),絕非一朝一夕的“突圍”,而是經(jīng)年累月的苦守.
In fact,it is not a hasty effort but years-and-years perseverance that can achieve the Nobel Prize.
真正的科學(xué)家,必須懷著造福人類(lèi)的“大功利心”,只問(wèn)是非,不計(jì)利害,耐得寂寞,不慕紛華.
The real scientists should bear the mind to benefit human,focus on verifying right and wrong,seldom care about gains and losses and being patient.
惟其如此,才能孕育出非凡的科學(xué)之果,最終被歷史銘記.
Only by this can bear the extraordinary scientific achievement and thus remembered by history.
