The chemical plant troubled us too much by pouring waste water into the river near our city .It makes a series of environment problems.So we ask for the City Evironment Protection Agency to help stopping it.First of all we can write to the chemical plant by the name of the City Evironment Protection Agency.then we use the weapons of law if they ignore our claim,and they will finally make a concession.In order to keep a good life condition in our city,we expect for your help.
