An old man visited a new doctor.The new doctor was very young.
“I don't feel well,doctor.”the old man said,“Please find out what's wrong with me.”
“Take off your clothes and lie on the bed,”the young doctor said,“I'll examine you.”
He listende to the old man's heart,looked into his throat and examined every part of him.However,he couldn't find anything wrong with the old man.
At last hr said,“I'm sorry,but I can't find anything wrong with you.You're as tealthy as I am.”
“That's very strange.”the old man said,“I really feel bad.”
“Come back tomorrow if you don't feel better.”the young doctor said,“I'll examine you again.”
“All right,doctor.”the old man said.
Slowly,he stood up and put on his clothes.Then he walked out of the hospital.
A few minutes later,a nurse ran in.
“Doctor!Doctor!"she cried,The man you said was healthy has just died outside the door.”
The doctor thought quickly and said,“The turn the body around so that people will think he was coming in.”

Mr.Clarke is a paediatrician.When he was a twenty-five-year-old young man,he began to work in the hospital and he's been there for thirty-two years.Nearly all people in the town know the old man and most of them were looked over by him.He's kind to the young patients and often plays games with them.The children aren't afraid of him and they think he's a good doctor.
One afternoon Mr.Clarke was very busy.A lot of children had a cold and there were may young patients in the waittingroom.He looked tem over one after another carefully and he had no time to have a rest.And at two past six he finished his work and was going to leave his office when a woman with a boy in hes arms came in hurriedly.The old doctor didn't know her but he still sat down and began to look over the boy.It seemed the boy came to the hospital for the first time and looked nervous.And sometimes he had a look at his mother.
Pointing to the boy's ear,Mr.Clarke asked,“Is this your nose,my little friend?”
Having turned to his mother at once,the boy hardly cried and said loudly,“I think we'd better find a good doctlr!”

Jack Brown was very fat and his wife was worried about his weight.
“You should see the doctor,”she said,“Ask him how to lose weight.It's not good for your health.”“OK,”Jack said,and he went to see a doctor.
The doctor weithed him.Then he said,“You are 50 kilograms and too hwavy.You must lose at least 30 kilograms.Eat only fruit and vegetables and run five kilometers a day for the next 100 days,the call and tell me how much you weigh.”
Jack went home and did what the doctor told me.One hundred days later,he called the doctor.
“Jack Brown here,doctor,”he said.“I'm calling to tell you about my weight.You will be happy to know that I have lost 30 kilograms.”“Excellent,”the doctor said.“Yes,but there's a problem,"Jack said."I'm 500 kilometers from home!”
