（1）The advantages of watching TV
During the winter holiday,I often watch TV.Though my parents don't allow me to watch it so often,I thingk the TV has its own unmatchable advantages!First of all,watching TV is a good relaxation.After a day of hard work,we look forward to a good relaxation.Watching TV can meet our requirement by easing our minds and comforting the physical body because the pleasant music and pictures can keep us away from tension and tiredness.
Besides,watching TV is entertaining.I like it very much!
（2）My spring festival
This year I have a very unforgettable spring festival with my family.
On New Year's Eve,all the family members got together to have a big dinner in the restaurant.During the dinner we said some good hopes to each other.Lots of money was given to children as a lunar New Year gift by the adults.We enjoyed ourselves very much
Thanks to this spring festival,I met some relatives whom I haven’t met for a long time.And I got lot of pocket money.I think the spring festival is the unforgettable day I have in my winter holiday!
(3)The Earth——Our Mother
The earth is like our mother.She gives life to all the living things on the earth.Once she was beautiful and rich,but now she becomes dirty and poor.It is due to what we have done to her.Floods,draughts,acid rain…,these are the punishments from nature.Everyone should know that there is only one earth,lf we go on treating her like this,it won' t be fit for us to live in any longer.It’s time for us to love her,take good care of her and cure her.We should save the earth so as to save ourselves.
(4)Sports and games
Sports and games do a lot of good to our health.They can make us strong,prevent us from getting too fat,and keep us healthy and fit.Especially they can be of great value to people who work with their brains most of the day,for sports and games give people valuable practice in exercising the body.
What’s more,they make our life richer and more colorful.If we do not have a strong body,we will find it hard to do whatever we want.A healthy citizenry makes for a strong country.Let us all take part in sports and games
(5)Schedule
The new term is coming,so I think I should make a school schedule for myself.In the morning,I will read English texts to improve my spoken English.In each class,I will listen to the teachers carefully and make notes.After school,I will come back home on time and do my homework at once.After supper,I will go over what I learned in the day time and prepare for the tomorrow‘s classes.This is my school schedule.
