The City I Like Best
I have been to several cities.Hangzhou is the one I like best.Hangzhou is a beautiful city.The West Lake with mountains all around is the prettiest part.It takes on a different look with the change of seasons.In spring,the path around the lake is lined with green trees and pink peach flowers.It fills me with strength and energy.In summer,sitting by the quiet and peaceful lake with green lotus leaves and white or pink lotus flowers everywhere,I forget all my worries.When I step on the golden leaves in autumn,it gives me a feeling of good harvest.In winter,the trees and paths covered with white snow bring me a pure and noble feeling.The whole city is just like a big garden.No wonder it’s compared to the paradise on earth.In addition,there are many places of interest worth visiting.Therefore,I like Hangzhou better than any other city.這個(gè)不行 ，寫北京的哇Beijing , a city in northern China . It's the capital of China . I like Beijing best . Because Beijing is China's second largest city . And the Great Wall is very famous in the world . And in winter , I can ski and make snowmen in Beijing . Beijing is one of the Four Great Ancient Capital of China . There are many famous wonders and beautiful spots,such as the Great Wall,the Forbidden City,the Summer Palace,Beihai Park and so on.Beijing is also the centre of politics,economy and culture of our country. Owing to the open-door policy,great changes have taken place since 1978. Many new houses and tall buildings can be seen everywhere. Peole's living condition is getting better and better. Beijing has been successfully in her bidding for the 2008 Olympic Games. I'm sure greater changes will take place in Beijing in the next few years. I love Beijing.
