How to get along and the lower level and how to maintaining the interests of a higher level.Interpersonal roles include required to perform a number of routine duties ,and how to motivate and directict employees,and provide information.
Informational roles:
Involve receiving,monitoring (receives internal and external information from the organization),collecting (collect information from organizations and institutions outside or inside),and disseminating (transmits information received from outsiders or from other employees to members of the organization).
Decisional roles:
Every manager needs to make a variety of decisions.It includes decide whether the opportunities is suit for environment or the stratege of projects and manager need to decide how to make the change come true,and find out the good action when organization faces the problem.
