轉(zhuǎn)眼間,進(jìn)入公司已經(jīng)半年了,回顧這半年來的工作,我在各位同事的支持與幫助下,嚴(yán)格要求自己,按照公司的要求,較好地完成自己的本職工作.通過半年來的學(xué)習(xí)與工作,我已經(jīng)逐漸適應(yīng)了周圍的生活與工作環(huán)境,對(duì)工作也逐漸進(jìn)入了狀態(tài),工作方式有了較大的改變.我為即將正式成為公司的一份子而深感榮幸.就此轉(zhuǎn)正之際,對(duì)這半年的工作進(jìn)行總結(jié).
Six months had passed in a blink since I joined the company. Reviewing my performance during this period, I have decently accomplished my job by setting strict demands on myself to comply with the company’s requirements, as well as with the supports and helps from my colleagues. After going through 6 months of working and learning, I have gradually adapted to the life around me and the working environment; as regard to my job, I am also slowly getting into good form; in fact, there is a relatively big transformation in my working style. I feel deeply honored about to become officially a permanent staff of the company. At this turning point, I would like to conduct a summing-up of my work for the past 6 months.
新員工入職培訓(xùn)是必不可少的,為了讓新員工對(duì)公司的有更深入的了解,公司組織新員工參加了為期兩天的新員工培訓(xùn),通過此次的培訓(xùn)我對(duì)公司的文化背景有了較全面的了解,對(duì)公司的產(chǎn)品及規(guī)章制度也有了一定的了解.第二天的培訓(xùn)也是最為重要的安全教育,進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)安全防范意識(shí).
In order to allow new staff to have a better understanding of the company, orientation training is an absolutely necessary step for them. Without exception, Iwas given an orientation training for two days. This training had helped me to gain a thorough knowledge on the background of the company’s corporate culture, including the understanding of company’s products as well as its rules and regulations. The most important training on the second day was about safety education, this had further enhanced my awareness of safety precautions.
每件事情都需要足夠的耐心,在工作的過程中,我始終虛心求教的態(tài)度,學(xué)習(xí)求真務(wù)實(shí)的工作作風(fēng)和處理問題的方法,把所學(xué)的知識(shí)運(yùn)用于實(shí)際工作中,在實(shí)踐中檢驗(yàn)所學(xué)知識(shí),查找不足,不斷的接受新知識(shí),提高自己的實(shí)際操作能力,學(xué)到了許多校所學(xué)的知識(shí)園上所無法接觸到的知識(shí).而在這過程中錯(cuò)誤是難免的,這也讓我深深感到加強(qiáng)自身學(xué)習(xí)、提高自身素質(zhì)的緊迫性.在和同事們工作相處中,從學(xué)生慢慢轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)橐粋€(gè)社會(huì)人,自身實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)、工作能力得到提高;與此同時(shí)也意識(shí)到了自己還有許多方面有待于提高,相信在接下來的工作中,可以有更大的突破.
Sufficient patience is a prerequisite for everything we do. In the course of my work, condescending to ask for advice was my consistent attitude; I learned to be pragmatic both in my work style and in dealing with problems and applied my knowledge to the actual work; I examined the knowledge I’d learned through my practice so as to look for any shortcomings, and I constantly absorbed new knowledge to enhance my practical operation ability, all these were inaccessible during the schooling days. Of course, making mistakes in the process was inevitable, and it had made me realize the urgency of improving my learning ability and enhancing my personal quality. In the course of working together with my colleagues, I was changing slowly from a student to become a member of society; although there was improvement in my practical experience and working ability, at the same time, I realized there were many aspects in my work which still need to be uplifted. However, I believe I can achieve bigger breakthrough in my future work.
要做好一份工作,我認(rèn)為最重要的是要有責(zé)任心,有了一份責(zé)任在身上,就會(huì)努力去完成它,并完成好.認(rèn)真做好自已的本職工作,這就是一種無形的責(zé)任,鞭策著我,朝著這個(gè)方向努力,不斷改進(jìn),不斷提升.
公司一直處于快速發(fā)展階段,希望在接下來的工作中,可以不斷的充實(shí)自己,力爭(zhēng)做一名優(yōu)秀的工作人員,為我們公司的發(fā)展做出自己應(yīng)有的貢獻(xiàn).
It is my conviction that a sense of responsibility is essential in doing a good job; a person will strive diligently to accomplish a task when he feels responsible, and he will accomplish it well. My desire to perform well in my own job is an intangible responsibility which is spurring me on, and I am striving in this direction, constantly improving and upgrading myself.
The company has been in a stage of speedy development, I hope to enrich myself consistently in my following work; I shall strive to be an outstanding staff and render my contributions to the advancement of the company.
