Good morning,everyone.According to the topic “The global me”,there are so many aspects to say,but today I’d like to concentrate on only one point ----“globalization and individual”.
老師們,大家早上好!根據(jù)題”全球我”,那是有如此多的方面說,但是今天我想專注于只有一個(gè)點(diǎn)——“全球化和個(gè)人”.
It’s a popular belief that the world is becoming a small village.Yes,thanks to the development of transportation and mass media,people from different parts of the world have more chances to contact and communicate with others.In this way,different cultures begin to mingle with each other,so the word “globalization” is introduced and accepted.
這是一個(gè)普遍認(rèn)為的世界成了一個(gè)小村莊.是的,由于交通的發(fā)展和傳播媒體,來自世界不同區(qū)域的人們有更多的機(jī)會接觸而和別人進(jìn)行交流.通過這種方式,不同的文化開始混入了對方,那麼這個(gè)詞“全球化”作了介紹和接受.
However,for ages,controversy surrounds the globalization.Some people gladly accept it as a good chance to trade,to learn and to open their eyes.But some others regard it as an enemy who will take away their national identities.They cling tightly to their own culture and never want to be globalized.Nevertheless,history tells us that the main causes of most wars are cultural and economic differences between countries.We had World War II because Adolf Hitler strongly hated Jews and somewhat was crazy about his own culture.What else,much terrorism today are related to cultural conflicts.In this sense,only by understanding and communicating,can we achieve peace and prosperity.The only way to get at this is to globalize.Globalization means not only a better economic environment but also a mergence of different countries and different cultures.Globalization has become an irresistible trend.As our college students we should accept it and take the most advantage of it.
然而,對于年齡,爭論圍繞著全球化.有些人很高興地接受它作為一種良好的貿(mào)易機(jī)會,去學(xué)習(xí),并且他們的眼睛得開.而另一些人把它當(dāng)作敵人會收回他們的國民身份.他們守緊緊到他們自己的文化,從來沒有想成為國際化.然而,歷史告訴我們,許多的戰(zhàn)爭的主要原因是國與國之間的文化和經(jīng)濟(jì)上的差異.我們有第二次世界大戰(zhàn),因?yàn)榘⒌婪颉はＬ乩諒?qiáng)烈憎恨猶太人,有點(diǎn)瘋了,他自己的文化.今天,很多別的什么有關(guān)恐怖主義的文化沖突.從這個(gè)意義上說,只有通過了解和溝通,才能實(shí)現(xiàn)和平與繁榮.唯一能讓在這是全球化的.全球化不僅是一個(gè)更好的經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境也是一種融合不同的國家和不同的文化.全球化已是大勢所趨.作為當(dāng)代大學(xué)生,我們應(yīng)該接受它,并把最好處想吧.
Faced with globalization,what an individual should do?Every year,the world sees hundreds of thousands of Chinese go abroad to travel,to study or to seek fortune.Children eat in KFC and McDonald.People search on the internet in daily life and many people work hard at foreign languages.These are what we are doing under the environment of globalization,but they are not enough.We should find our position and value in the world instead of living aimlessly.As we know,globalization is both a chance and a challenge .But I should say,“Wise people make use of it; stupid people get lose in it.”Why not let us be wisdoms?

Compared to the immense world,an individual is relatively small,but even a small thing can make a difference in the world.So be a venturous and careful surfer on the waves of globalization,enjoy the benefits it brings to you and find your own value.

Nowadays we can enjoy the same films,fashions,brands,advertisements and TV channels.For example we can sit in a KFC,listening a foreign song while tasting the western food and so on.Behind this kind of phenomenons is a tendency which no one can resist-----Globalization.It leads the disappearance of the evident difference between countries.
現(xiàn)在我們能享有同樣的電影,學(xué)習(xí)東方時(shí)裝潮流、品牌、廣告和電視頻道.例如我們可以坐在一個(gè)肯德基,聽一個(gè)外國歌曲而品嘗西餐等等.這種現(xiàn)象背后的傾向,沒有人能抵擋的了——-全球化.它引導(dǎo)消失的顯著差異的國家.
