Dear all,
I have received the email from Mr.Bai and I also agree with all of you.We really should work on those projects where we have strong relationship.It is a waste of time and money for all of us.Last few days I also had been thinking of this and I had a feeling that soon it will be a question of how good relationship I have with the principal.But the interesting thing is,now I have the same question from both sides,your company and also the principal.
Principal gave me all the required information long time before they even publish the notice.I myself went in your company office and explained how we should prepare all the documents.Then how come we had so much complications to carry out all the work.I kind of became a joke to the principal now.The purchase manager asked me how come I am making the similar mistake all the time.I could have asked them to consider these mistakes,if there were only maybe one single minor mistake but there were more than one mistakes.And I also have mentioned before this project is financed by Asian Development Bank,so we cannot influence anything if we make any mistake.ADB took part in the technical evolution and we have also well wisher ADB.
There were many other Chinese company took part and they did not make any mistake.Then why should they give us any chance or consider our proposal.Now,at the end its becoming a question of my ability.I know all the purchase managers,directors and also the minister.But how can I ask them to let us win if we always make the mistakes.
I think for our future cooperation,its better to take more responsibilities for own wrong doings and be more sincere on our work.
To Mr Jack and Miss Kathy,forgive me for being unpleasant but please do not blame me for your own mistakes and do not blame me if you cannot understand English.And also do not push all the responsibility on me just to save your faces from your higher authority.Also do not forget that I prefer working with your company as we have been working together for sometimes now.So I hope you can respect our relationship and start to take responsibilities too.
