Should there be any error or mistake in the pricing figures in the PROPOSALS, the following actions will be adopted by TEC.
如果在報(bào)價(jià)數(shù)據(jù)當(dāng)中出現(xiàn)誤差或錯(cuò)誤,TEC將采取以下行動(dòng).
(1) In case of any error in the summation of extensions, the lower total figure shall take precedence and, subject to Item (2) below, the extensions responsible for the error or the constituent extensions, as the case may be, shall be adjusted accordingly.

(2) In case of any discrepancy between the unit rates and their extensions, where extended figure is lower than it should have been, the unit rate shall be adjusted downward or, where the extended figure is higher than it should have been, then the unit rates shall be applied and the extensions shall be thereby reduced.
