Whose woods these are I think know.林主我自明,
His house is in the village though; 其舍即在村；
He will not see me stopping here 不知吾之停,
To watsh his woods fill up with snow.賞雪覆滿林.
My little horse must think it queer 幼駒有疑團(tuán),
To stop without a farmhouse near 安停無人煙；
Between the woods and frozen lake 冰湖莽林間,
The darkest evening of the year.又逢夜色玄.
He gives his harness bells a shake 馬搖韁鈴脆,
To ask if there is some mistake .似詢錯(cuò)與對(duì)；
The only other sound's the sweep 但聞風(fēng)語(yǔ)輕,
Of easy wind and doeny flake.且舞飛雪碎.
The woods are lovely,dark and deep,靄林黑且深,
But I have promises to keep,忽憶諾必信；
And miles to go before I sleep,方悟前路長(zhǎng),
And miles to go before I sleep,即行夜豈深!
