    血糖濃度是衡量人體生理健康的重要指標(biāo)之一,失衡的血糖濃度直接影響人體健康.目前血糖檢測主要是微創(chuàng)檢測,市場上還沒有精確的無損血糖測試設(shè)備.因此,尋找一種更佳的無損測試?yán)碚撟兊酶又匾?基于這種思想,本文對(duì)熒光光譜法無損血糖測試?yán)碚撨M(jìn)行了初步探索,為血糖測試的有效方法作前期實(shí)驗(yàn)研究.
    文中采用熒光光譜分析法對(duì)血糖無損測進(jìn)行了基礎(chǔ)研究,其結(jié)果表明:(1)以365nm光激發(fā)不同濃度血糖的全血溶液,在200-800nm范圍內(nèi)D-葡萄糖熒光特征峰強(qiáng)度同血糖濃度之間具有一定的關(guān)系;(2)全血溶液和血清溶液的D-葡萄糖熒光特征峰位置重合,但血糖濃度同熒光特征峰強(qiáng)度關(guān)系差異很大;(3)在365nm激發(fā)下確定了不同濃度的紅細(xì)胞溶液的熒光光譜的特征峰位置.

    This paper using fluorescence spectrum analysis method to measure the blood sugar nondestructive basic research,the results show that:(1) to 365 nm to activate different light of whole blood glucose concentration solution,and in the 200 800 nm range D-glucose fluorescence intensity of characteristic peak with blood sugar concentration has a certain relationship between; (2) the whole blood serum solution of the solution and D-glucose fluorescence characteristic peak position overlap,(3) in the 365 nm under different concentrations determined stimulate the solution of fluorescence spectrum of red blood cells characteristic peak position.
