As we all know,health is the most important thing for us.These years,many people want to found the healthy way.Here are some of my advices.
First,try to eat less sweet foods or meat.They can make you fat.Don’t eat too much junk food,either.It’s good for your health.
Second,do more exercise every day.If your home is near from your school,you’d better walk to school.This is kind of exercise,isn’t it?
Third,enough time of rest.You certainly should get up early.Don’t stay up!Early to bed and early to rise makes a person healthy,wealthy and wise.
It’s very important for us to have a healthy lifestyle.Our healthy lifestyle can help us get good grades!

How to make fruit salad
Everyone may likes eating fruit salad.Do you know how to make a fruit salad?Here is a recipe for a great fruit salad.
We need three bananas,three apples,a watermelon,a bowl,a teaspoon of honey and a cup of yogurt.
First,peel three bananas and three apples.And cut up all of the fruit.Then,put them into a bowl.Next,pour a cup of yogurt and a teaspoon of honey into the bowl,and mix it all up.Finally,you can enjoy your DIV salad.
It’s not hard to make it.If you are free,you can try to make your own salad.
Unit 3:
My plan for the winter vacation
I’m so excited that the winter vacation is coming.Here are my plans for it:
First,I want to have a rest.The last term made me felt tired,so I want to do something relaxing.I plans to sleep a lot and listen to some light music.
Second,I’m going to Beijing with my parents.We are going to visit many places of interest.We are also going to taste delicious Beijing’s food.Many years ago I heard that Beijing is a good place to have fun.I hope I can forget all my problems there.
At last,I want to read more books.Last term I had no time to do it.Now I have free time.And reading books is good for me.There are many knowledge in it.
I’m sure that I can have a fantastic and relaxing vacation.And I’m planning to send many beautiful postcards to my friends.
