In this paper the noticed problems of the selection process apply of commercialization accounting software has been discussed.
　　Each accounting software has its own characteristics. so in the choice of accounting software, the affinity between accounting software and enterprises should be gived full attention. This paper will give a discussion to the noticed problems in the selection process of the accounting software of the medium and small enterprises. Six major accounting software development trend of China in the 21st century has been deeply discussed, and the general principles of accounting software are selected. In summing up the various factors, in accordance with the medium and small enterprises’ own characteristics, the problems which are ought to be noticed in the choice of accounting software are summed up .
