my favorite breakfast is British style,including cereals,milk,bread,butter,bacon and some jams maybe.sandwich is also my best.one good thing about British breakfast is that it gives a great variety of kinds of food,and it's very big,which gives you a lot of energy to proceed you new day's work and study.people always say your breakfast should be like a king's.it is quite right.breakfast makes a large share of your energy supply.
