Dear All,
To strengthening our ability in providing Manufacturing services to our customers,and synergizing our resources in JX plant,the OGM has made another step of re-structuring on our organization and is pleased to announce the improvement change as follows;
1.Effective immediately,Richard Pang,Sr.Engineering Manager,EOL,will be responsible for FOL engineering and maintenance department in addition to his current responsibility.He will make arrangement for FOL engineering activity and carry on the task without any interruption to the IC Operations.Sam Hu and Jeff Yan and the FOL engineering staffs will be supported by him.Richard will continue reporting to me.
2.Effective March 1,2009:
2.1.Since NPI is an important role for our growth,and under this economic crisis,it is better for us to utilize our internal expertise and talents,Perry Zhang,Production Manager has accepted to lead the NPI team and he will be responsible for NPI department,for IC division.Perry has done a good job in NPI area before and is willing to utilize his talents and to carry on the task in this area.Perry will be supported by me and Martin.
2.2.Raymond Ng,Sr.QRA Manager will be responsible for Production department.Raymond has been carrying with him the experiences and expertise in Engineering and Quality management.He will certainly utilize such experiences and expertise in production area to become the best production among Hana group.Raymond will be reporting to me.
2.3.In line to this change,IC QRA department will be merged with Micro Division.Felix Zheng,Sr.QRA Manager,Micro division,will be responsible for IC QRA Department in addition to his current responsibility.He will make arrangement his work force to cover the Quality activities for both divisions without jeopardizing the operations.Felix will be supported by me and Steven Lee (the OGM)
There is a need for them to hand over their jobs during this transition period.Please work and coordinate together for the smooth transition.
I would like also take this opportunity to thanks and appreciate to Richard,Raymond,Perry and Felix for accepting this re arrangement and rotating their jobs.I trust that they will be very successful on this new assignment.
