This is practical exercise and evidence should be recorded on an observation checklist.
Candidates must prepare an area for,and provide,a Food and Beverage service.
The checklist could be completed over more than one occasion,ie the candidate may work as part of a team where he or she may take responsibility for one area of the food service and complete the relevant areas of the checklist.
