this is a very old British English expression:“what is the manner of your disapproval of sb”?it is the same as “why you disapprove sb or why you don’t approve sb?”.In fact we don’t use approve to convey the meaning of dislike in colloquial English.But in some formal occasion,we could use this expression like “I kind of disapprove working over time.”
