All invoices are due 30 days after billing date.The Owner will pay interest at 2% per month,compounded monthly on unpaid fees and disbursements after 30 days.Such interest will be calculated and added to unpaid amounts monthly.In the event
any portion or all of an account remains unpaid 90 days after the billing,the
Owner shall pay all costs of collection,including reasonable attorney's fees.
10.2 If this Agreement is terminated,the Owner will pay the Construction Manager within seven (7) days of the final invoice for all services performed to the date of termination.This Agreement may only be terminated as set out under Article 14 to this Agreement.
