1.I love to analyse my own weaknesses at regular intervals to seek breakthroughs and make continuous progress.
2．I have a good interpersonal relationship and communication with the classmates.I am monitress（班長） in junior school.
2.I love smiling.In my opinion,it is also one of my strength.It brings me confident when I feel sad so that I can overcome the difficulties.Wherever I go,no matter what the weather,I will always bring my own sunshine.

1.Carelessness is one of my weaknesses.However,I believe,as long as the persistent efforts,I will be able to overcome these difficulties.
2.I’m such a perfectionist that I always want to finish my job at my best.
3.My temper is more anxious,I always want my work to complete on time.I cannot stand idle.I need to be patient a little more.

My achievements：
1.Organizational skills and leadership skills.I organized the students to make some social surveys in this summer vacation and recorded radio programs by myself (在廣播電臺錄制節(jié)目)
2.Roller skating.I have become the champion of female roller skating.
3．Singing.I won the gold medal in a singing competition.
4．Writing compositions.I won the first prize in the impromptu writing competition twice.（我在想要不要寫,作文是中文作文,而我是要給外國老師看的）
5.I am initiative in giving presentations（演講） at teachers' office and ask them help me to point out my mistakes.Finally,I got a first runner-up in the speech competition .Since then,I make speeches before all the students under the national flag on the Monday morning assembly several times and I am proud of this.(國旗下講話)
