it is generally believe that there are several sources of the penal law:
the first one is the penal code.Penal Code is a law promulgated by a country in the name of the Criminal Code,which defines crime and its legal consequences systematically.
the second one is Single criminal.Single criminal is a law promulgated in the name of Decisions,regulations,supplementary provisions,regulations,etc.Single criminal is used to define a particular criminal and its legal consequences or a part of the penal code.
the third one is the Subsidiary of the Criminal Code,which helps to define civil law,economic law,administrative law and other non-criminal legal.
