C:Yes.We are planning to book the ships from Hongkong to NY.It will be done by the end of this month.
F:Could you contact the shipping company,see if you can use direct shipping?
C:We have already done that.But,unfortunely,all the direct shippings have been booked up.We have done everything we can do,but still there's no luck.
F:So,you're telling me we have to shift-transport?You know how imporant it means to us that the cargo could arrive the destination port ASAP.
C:We couldn't do nothing about that.It seems the only way we can finish that is shift-transport.By the way,it is allowed in the contract.
F:To be honest,our wholesaler are not very satisfied with your import products because of the delay.Moreover,some of the products are already damaged during the transport,which I think caused by exact the shift-shipping.
C:I don't think so.According to my recent acknowledge,most of our contract were sealed under agreed condition of shift-shipping,and there is no trouble occured before.We haven't received any complaint from our customers.So you should think it twice before you believe others.
F:OK,whatever,I still hope you could book a direct translation from the shipping company or another one.
C:Yes,customer first,and this is always our company's principle.We will do everthing to meet your needs.But I'm afraid the loading will be several days later than the schedule.
F:It's fine for this cargo,just not too late.
