    Forming healthy habit
    Nowerdays,more and more people are ill because of their bad habit.Many students will go to sleep very late at night,and next will become too tired to have classes,some student will also sleep in class,that’s not good.Some other girl will refuse to eat because they want to keep fit.But that will be sick very easily.Some students are very lazy and don’t like to do exercise,that is not good either.
    So no we should have some more good habit so that not to get ill.First,we need to have breakfast,lunch and supper on time,so we have enough energy to study and work.Second,we need to sleep early at night,before 11 o’clock to keep healthy.Finally,we have to do more exercise,that will help us be stronger,and not get ill easily.
