What's important when working as a teacher?
As we all know,a teacher is a person who provides education for students.I think working as a teacher requires the following three points:
1.Sharing expertise
The role of teacher is to impart knowledge and instruction to students.Thus a teacher must be willing to share his/her own expertise to students.The process of teacher sharing expertise is also the process of students learning knowledge and gaining experiences.The process should be performed by the guidance of teacher.
2.Deciding responsibilities
Teacher can greatly affect how students perceive things.Therefore,as a teacher,one should always take deciding responsibilities for students.A teacher should help students make their own decisions,while correct their bad decision-making,and be responsible for related consequences.What a teacher do will establish role model to students.
3.Teacher enthusiasm
A teacher's behavior can affect students in many ways.It has been found out that a teacher who shows enthusiasm during teaching can remarkably improve students' learning experiences.A teacher must enjoy teaching,be enthusiastic about students and subject matter.A teacher who cares for students is going to help them succeed in their life in future.
