In 2001,China won the bid of holding the 2008 Olympics.At that time,all the chinese shouted and cheered.They all enjoyed themselves.And that means China has developed itself.
To make the Olympics more successful,During these 7 years,China has laid out a lot of energy and money in building the stadiums and gyms.
Time flies quickly,now 2008 come.
2008,it's a year for the god tests the Chinese whether we can hold the Olympics successfully.
At the beginning of the year,snow storm came down on China.When the president heard the news.he quickly came to the places that were hit by the snow storm.And the Chinese were very deligent and weren't afraid of bitter.Some Chinese donated money ,clothes and so on.Other Chinese like the police went to the scene to help the people who were in trouble to smash the ice,so the cars on the road could go favourable.
Maybe it was because the god was touched by all the Chinese.Soon the snow storm missed.
At the middle of the year,the second test came.It is taken place in Sichuan.It is called the earthquake.The earthquake magnitude was 8.It looked so frightening.This time,Chinese people stood together again.People from all over the world donated money and clothes and sent something for drink and eat.We did what we could did.As a student,we donated money and the books we used.The police went to Sichuan to help them.They catched the time to find the people who were under the buildings.And all the factories sent woods to help them build up their house.Maybe after a few years,Sichuan will build up her city thoroughly.
During the two tests,Chinese haven't scared and haven't escaped.I think now the god trust China that we can hold the Olympics swimmingly.
Today,is the eighth of August,2008,the day for China to show how powerful she is.
Today,is a day for Chinese to be proud of China.
Today,the Olympics will be held in Beijing.
