it looked like a fine day today.
the sun was shining,and only a little breeze blew!
in the morning,i found some people were running on the roadside for exercise,then i realized that i have not did exercise for
a long time
i remembered that when i studied in middle school
i exercise my body every day ,i used to go runing,done push-ups
i have done fifty push-ups at a time
but now i become so lazy!
so,i decided to resume my exercise from now on!
