look at也是“看”的意思,但表示看什么具體的東西,而且at后面要接賓語.

　　read---后面往往跟 書籍,報(bào)紙,雜志這類單詞---books,magazines,newspapers
　　EG.He wantsto read books now.
　　look為不及物動(dòng)詞,強(qiáng)調(diào)看的動(dòng)作,表示有意識(shí)地集中去看,但并不一定能看見,多用來喚起別人的注意,其后接賓語時(shí),一定要加at,如：
　　Look What are they doing﹖ （看,他們?cè)诟墒裁?）
　　The teacher told us to look at the blackboard.（老師叫我們看黑板.）
　　read本為“讀,朗讀”,表達(dá)“看書、看報(bào)、看信、看雜志”時(shí),通常也用read,如：
　　Don’t read in the bed.
　?。▌e躺在床上看書.）
　　Li Lei is reading the letter from his parents.
