When I play tennis with my father today, I find that father runs a lot slower than
before. After a careful check, I find that there are some white locks hidden in
the black hair. All of a sudden, I sense that my father is growing old.
Father doesn’t like taking too much. In my recollections, he never huddled me. So I could
feel the love of my mother instead being aware of the fact that father loves me
deeply just because his love was indirect. He asked me about my study in an indirect
way; he put a sweater on my bed silently when the weather turned cold; he
waited so long outside the classroom to carry me the raincoat….. However, I received
all of this without feel anything special. I thought that’s his responsibility.
How stupid I am!
I grow up with the time goes by, and I finally know the love of my father. Yes,
the father’s love owns the quality of silence and greatness.
