Long time no see,my friend,how have you been in these days?Last time you write to tell me that you run into some troubles in your daily life,and as a result,you are lack of self-confidence now.Your stories really make me feel worried,so I think if I can give you some helpful suggestions for that.
In my opinion,life is not always easy,we might meet some difficulties from time to time,but it's very important to regain our confidence after that.here are what I do with mine:
1、Look on the bright side of your difficulties.Your problems may frustrate you a lot,but they also give you valuable experience,so it's sure that you can do that better next time,right?
2、Always remind yourself with your success in the past,and tell yourself:yes,you make it last time,you are a CAPABLE person for this job,you CAN do it.
