本實(shí)用新型經(jīng)過(guò)本局依照中華人民共和國(guó)專利法進(jìn)行初步審查,決定授予專利權(quán),頒發(fā)本證書并在專利登記簿上予以登記.專利權(quán)自授權(quán)公告之日起生效.
After preliminary examination of this utility model in accordance with the Patent Law of the People’s Republic of China,this department has decided to grant a patent and issue a certificate to the design,and register the same in the patent rolls.The patent rights shall commence from the date of notice of authorization.
本專利的專利期限是十年,自申請(qǐng)日起算.專利權(quán)人應(yīng)當(dāng)按照專利法及其實(shí)施細(xì)則規(guī)定繳納年費(fèi).繳納本專利年費(fèi)的期限是每年3月27日前的一個(gè)月內(nèi).未按照規(guī)定繳納年費(fèi)的,專利權(quán)自應(yīng)當(dāng)繳納年費(fèi)期滿之日起終止.
The duration of protection for this patent is ten years from the date of patent application.The patent holder shall remit annual fees in compliance with the stipulated implementing regulations of the patent laws.The patent annuity shall be submitted within 30 days before 27th of March every year.Failure to do so shall result in the termination of the patent rights after the expiry of the payment period.
專利證書記載專利權(quán)登記時(shí)的法律狀況.專利權(quán)的轉(zhuǎn)移、質(zhì)押、無(wú)效、終止、恢復(fù)和專利權(quán)人的姓名或名稱、國(guó)籍、地址變更等事項(xiàng)記載在專利登記簿上.
The circumstances of law on the letter of patent at the time of registration,the transfer,mortgage,invalidation,cessation,resumption and the changes of the patent holder’s name,nationality and address,etc.shall be recorded in the patent rolls.
