In my opinion,taking a job with flexible time is much better than one with fixed work time.
Because we will can make a much better balance between our time at work and that we spend in private life.Now,most people work at fixed time.And what they complain the most is that "All I have is work.I have no life at all." That's because the fixed work timetable has a considerable impact on people's daily life and keeps people from doing what needs to be done in weekdays only.You know,since all the government departments,banks and companies work during weekdays with fixed day time,it's impossible for salarymen or salarywomen to go get a government document done on weekdays without losing money on a leave.But if we are allowed to work with a flexible timetable,then we can go to get what needs to be done right away without losing any money and come back to work afterward to make up for the time when you were not at work.As long as the total working hour is the same,or as long as the working task is fully completed,it will not have a bad effect on anything or anyone.
